摘　　要：乡村治理作为现代国家治理体系的重要组成部分,对于国家治理能力的完善具有重要的推动作用。党的十九届四中全会提出,要“坚持和完善中国特色社会主义制度、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的总体目标”。从党在建党百年来乡村治理思想的发展和演变历程中可以总结出其时代价值。中国共产党对乡村治理思想的不断发展和完善,是党基于中国社会治理实践经验的智慧结晶,是新时代构建和完善中国特色乡村治理体系的必然要求,是党对乡村振兴战略的丰富和发展。As an important part of the national governance system,rural governance plays an important role in promoting the improvement of national governance capacity.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to“adhere to and improve the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and promote the overall goal of modernizing the national governance system and governance capacity”.Based on the research content of“The Rural Governance of the Communist Party of China”,this paper discusses the development and evolution of the Party s rural governance thought in the past hundred years of the Founding of the Party,and summarizes the value of the times and the future direction.The continuous development and perfection of the Chinese Communist Party s thought of rural governance is the crystallization of the Party s wisdom based on the practical experience of Chinese social governance,the inevitable requirement of constructing and perfecting the rural governance system with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and the enrichment and development of the Party s strategy of rural revitalization.
