结构化分析在煤矿勘查开发趋势特征分析上的应用

基　　金：中国地质调查局项目“新时期我国探矿权管理制度适应效果研究与保护性开采特定矿种管理支撑”。

摘　　要：矿业权合理规划设置已成为近年国家矿产资源规划部门及相关管理部门的重要工作,而理清一个阶段内全国矿业勘查开发背景及趋势特征则是解决该问题、提高工作质量的关键。本研究利用结构优化分析方法与基于结构化分析成果的热力分析方法,以2009年、2019年两期煤矿勘查开发数据为研究对象,探究10年全国煤炭矿业权勘查开发变化特征趋势。结果显示,区域结构化分析结果与煤矿矿业权布局范围拟合程度较高,可以很好地反映特定比例尺的矿业权布局以及变化特点。从某地区煤矿勘查开发热力分析图来看,近10年来煤矿勘查程度提升区域特征明显,均集中分布于国家大型煤炭基地处,如陕西北部的榆横矿区、榆神矿区等矿区,中部的黄陵、永陇等,山西晋城矿区、霍东矿区。而基地外中小企业的矿业权勘查程度普遍出现下降甚至灭失,符合当前我国能源开发朝资源集约式、绿色环保等方向发展的趋。Reasonable planning and set up of mining rights has become important works in national mineral resources planning departments and relevant management departments in recent years.While to reconceptualize national mining exploration and exploitation background and trend features in a certain stage is the key to solve the issue and promote work quality.The study has used structural optimization analysis method and thermodynamic analysis method based on structured analyzed results,taking 2009,20192 staged coalmine exploration and exploitation data as subject investigated,explored 10 years national coal mining right exploration,exploitation variation features trend.The result has shown that the fitting degree of regional structured analyzed results and mining rights layout range is rather high,can commendably reflect specific scaled mining rights layout and variation features.From coalmine exploration,exploitation thermodynamic analysis diagram can see obvious coalmine exploration degree promoted area regional features in recent 10 years;they are all centralized distributed at national large sized coal bases,such as northern Shaanxi Yulin-Hengshan,Yulin-Shenfu mining areas,central Shaanxi Huangling,Yonglong mining areas,Shanxi Province Jincheng,Huodong mining areas.While mining rights exploration degree of medium to small enterprises outside the bases are generally lowering down even clear away,that accordance with current resources intensification,green and environmental protection directional development in China.
