二陈汤加味联合他汀类药物对老年冠心病合并高脂血症患者血脂、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-18的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察二陈汤加味联合他汀类对老年冠心病合并高脂血症患者血脂及炎症反应的影响。方法:96例老年冠心病合并高脂血症痰阻心脉证患者采用随机数字表法分为西药治疗对照组(48例)和西药联合二陈汤加味治疗观察组(48例),连续治疗16周,治疗前后检测2组患者血脂水平及hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-18含量,记录心血管不良事件发生情况。结果:治疗16周后,2组患者TC、TG、LDL-C水平均较治疗前降低,HDL-C水平均较治疗前升高,IL-18、TNF-α及hs-CRP水平均较治疗前降低;观察组血脂及炎性因子水平改善均明显于对照组。观察组心血管事件的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:二陈汤加味联合他汀类药物治疗老年冠心病合并高脂血症患者能够调节血脂水平,抑制炎症反应,减少患者心血管事件的发生。Objective:To observe the effects of Modified Erchen Decoction combined with Statins on blood lipid and inflammatory response in senile patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipemia.Methods:96 Cases with senile coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipemia were divided into control(48 cases)and observation(48 cases)groups according to random number table,they were treated respectively for 16 weeks,blood lipid,hs-CRP,TNF-αand IL-18 levels were determined before and after treatment,major adverse cardiovascular events were recorded.Results:After treatment for 16 weeks,blood TC,TG and LDL-C levels of the two group patients were lowered,HDL-C level was raised,hs-CRP,TNF-αand IL-18 levels were decreased significantly;All above changes in observation group patients were more significant than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events in observation group was significant lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Erchen Decoction Modified combined with Statins can effectively regulate blood lipid levels of senile patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipemia,inhibit inflammatory response,reduce occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events.
