摘　　要：东北是满-通古斯语族的世居之地。在漫长的历史进程中,满-通古斯语族创造了当今仍然活跃在东北边陲浓墨重彩的音乐艺术、流光溢彩的舞蹈艺术、雕章缛彩的曲艺艺术和绚丽多彩的造型艺术等艺术文化。满-通古斯艺术文化彰显出浓郁的民族特征、神秘色彩和宗教文化,是我国艺术文化宝藏中的珍品。在"一带一路"倡议下,满-通古斯艺术文化只有进行正确的文化定位、深度的文化交流和持续的文化创新,才能实现广泛传播中国传统艺术文化的目标,以及担负起与世界文化进行深度沟通交流的重任。Northeast China is the place where the ethnic groups in the Manchu-Tunguses Language Family have lived for generations.In the long history,the ethnic groups in the Manchu-Tunguses Language Family created the artistic culture of music,dance,Chinese folk art forms and plastic arts which are still active in the northeast frontier.The art and culture of the Manchu-Tunguses Language Family reflects strong ethnic characteristics,mysteries and religious culture,which is a treasure of Chinese Art and Culture.Under the strategic concept of "the Belt and Road",the art and culture of the Manchu-Tunguses Language Family should have a proper cultural orientation,in-depth cultural exchanges and constant cultural innovations,so as to achieve the goal of spreading the traditional art and culture of the Chinese nation and shoulder the glorious responsibility of in-depth communications and exchanges with the world culture.
