配电自动化系统中相间短路故障判断及处理方法研究

摘  要:为了完善配电网故障诊断及处理策略,以相间短路故障为例,着重分析开闭环情况、DG适应范围、FTU方向情况、故障信息健全情况,拟定不同的故障定位方法进行判断。其中每一种定位方法都增加了容错故障定位,形成了较为完整的故障判断方案,并提出了不同情形下的故障处理流程。某情形实践应用结果显示,本研究方案能够准确定位故障位置,并生成有效处理方法。In order to improve the fault diagnosis and treatment strategy of the distribution network,taking the phase-to-phase short-circuit fault as an example,it focuses on the analysis of the open and closed loop conditions,the DG adaptation direction,the FTU direction,and the fault information status,and draws up different fault location methods for judgment.Among them,each positioning method adds fault-tolerant fault location to form a relatively complete fault judgment plan,and proposes fault handling procedures in different situations.The practical application results of a certain situation show that this research scheme can accurately locate the fault location and generate effective treatment methods.
