摘 要:因果链分析在TRIZ的理论体系中占有十分重要的地位。它是一种识别解析工程系统关键原因的分析手段,它通过建立因果链的缺陷将目标问题和关键原因有机结合起来,并且可以快速、有效地梳理和收敛问题,找出问题产生根本原因,是彻底解决问题的基础。在使用因果链分析过程中,工程师有时一味的追求因果链的长度,而忽略了与相关专业知识结合,导致很多问题不能正确的被解决。文章通过实际的案例进行专业分析,最终得到问题产生的根本原因并解决问题,验证了专业的知识可以帮助工程师突破瓶颈,促进因果链分析的合理性和有效性。Causal chain analysis occupies a very important position in the theoretical system of TRIZ.It is an analysis method to identify and analyze the key causes of engineering systems.It organically combines the target problem with the key cause by establishing the defects of the causal chain,and can quickly and effectively sort out and converge the problem,and find the root cause of the problem.The basis for a thorough solution of the problem.In the process of using causal chain analysis,engineers sometimes blindly pursue the length of the causal chain,but neglect to combine with relevant professional knowledge,resulting in many problems that cannot be solved correctly.The article conducts professional analysis through actual cases,and finally obtains the root cause of the problem and solves the problem.It verifies that professional knowledge can help engineers break through the bottleneck and promote the rationality and effectiveness of causal chain analysis.
