摘　　要：目的:基于实验研究检验强生V-350干式生化分析仪的性能。方法:结合现行标准,利用V-350分析仪检测验证5个生化项目,统计检测情况。结果:5个项目精密性、准确度、线性范畴均符合CLSI标准要求,和厂商提供的性能指标相吻合。结论:V-350分析仪检测系统的性能指标符合临床检验的现实要求。Objective:To test the performance of Johnson V-350 dry biochemical analyzer based on experimental research.Methods:Combined with the current standard,V-350 analyzer was used to test and verify five biochemical items,and the detection results were statistically analyzed.Results:The precision,accuracy and linearity of the five items met the requirements of CLSI standard,and were consistent with the performance indicators provided by the manufacturer.Conclusion:The performance index of V-350 analyzer meets the practical requirements of clinical examination.
