摘 要:目的:探析不同粘接系统及不同类型LED光固化灯对新型氧化锆材料与牙本质粘接强度影响的临床效果。方法:于2020年1月~2021年1月依照标准选取60颗立体上颌切牙,随机将其分为6组,比较各组的剪切强度。结果:使用普通LED灯固化后,相比MultilinkN和NX3 Nexus,PanaviaF的剪切强度更优,差异显著,P<0.05。当粘接系统统一时,LED灯固化型号不同,其剪切强度也存在差异,但并不显著,P>0.05。结论:对比LED灯,PanaviaF具有强粘接强度,VALO型与普通型差异并不显著,但可缩短旁操时间。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of different bonding systems and different types of LED light curing lamps on the bonding strength between new zirconia materials and dentin.Methods:From January 2020 to January 2021,according to the standard,60 stereoscopic maxillary incisors were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups to compare the shear strength of each group.Results:After curing with ordinary LED lights,compared to MultilinkN and NX3 Nexus,the shear strength of PanaviaF is better,and the difference is significant,P<0.05.When the bonding system is unified,the LED lamp curing model is different,and the shear strength is also different,but it is not significant,P>0.05.Conclusion:The contrast LED lamp PanaviaF has strong adhesive strength,the difference between VALO type and ordinary type is not significant,but it can shorten the operation time.
