螺旋CT及磁共振成像诊断检测对食管癌分期的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:分析螺旋CT及磁共振成像诊断检测对食管癌分期的诊断价值。方法:随机选取在2018年1月~2020年1月本院收治的60例食管癌患者作为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组患者30例,采用螺旋CT诊断观察组患者,采用磁共振成像诊断对照组患者,以病理检测作为金标准,比较两组患者的诊断效果。结果:①观察组检查准确率和对照组相近,P>0.05;②观察组不同分期检测结果和对照组相近,P>0.05;③观察组检测满意度和对照组相近,P>0.05;④观察组早期病变检测率与对照组相近,P>0.05。结论:食管癌患者应用螺旋CT诊断及磁共振成像诊断检测均具有良好的诊断效果,能够有效提高患者确诊率,为临床治疗提供参考和依据,但CT诊断价格较低、操作简易。Objective:To analyze the value of spiral CT and MRI in staging of esophageal cancer.Methods:60 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly selected as the study objects.They were divided into observation group and reference group,30 patients in each group,spiral CT was used in the observation group,MRI diagnosis was used in the reference group,the gold standard was pathological examination,the diagnosis effect of the two groups was compared.Results:①The accuracy of the observation group was similar to that of the reference group(P>0.05);②The results of different stages in the observation group were similar to those in the reference group(P>0.05);③The satisfaction of the observation group was similar to that of the reference group(P>0.05);④The detection rate of early lesions in the observation group was similar to that in the reference group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Spiral CT and MRI are effective in the diagnosis of esophageal cancer,it can improve the diagnosis rate,to provide reference for clinical treatment.CT diagnosis is cheap and easy to operate.
