经阴道联合腹部超声检查在妇科急腹症中的应用

摘　　要：目的:对妇科急腹症应用经阴道联合腹部超声检查的临床价值进行研究分析。方法:择取2020年4月~2021年3月本院收治的妇科急腹症患者116例为观察对象,采用抽签法分为对照组和观察组各58例,对照组患者应用腹部超声检查,观察组患者应用经阴道联合腹部超声检查。统计比较各组患者急性盆腔炎、异位妊娠、子宫穿孔、子宫腺肌症、卵巢囊肿蒂扭转和卵巢黄体囊肿破裂等疾病总检出率。结果:观察组患者急性盆腔炎、异位妊娠、子宫穿孔、子宫腺肌症、卵巢囊肿蒂扭转和卵巢黄体囊肿破裂等疾病总检出率95.55%,显著高于对照组的74.14%,差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对妇科急腹症应用经阴道联合腹部超声检查可有效提升临床疾病检出率,有利于临床准确诊断疾病,及时采取有效的治疗措施,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To study and analyze the clinical value of transvaginal combined abdominal ultrasound examination in gynecological acute abdomen.Methods:A total of 116 patients with gynecological acute abdomen admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into the reference group(n=58)and the study group(n=58)by lot.The patients in the reference group received abdominal ultrasound examination,while the patients in the study group received transvaginal combined abdominal ultrasound examination.The total detection rates of acute pelvic inflammation,ectopic pregnancy,uterine perforation,adenomyosis,ovarian cyst pedal torsion and luteal cyst rupture in each group were statistically compared.Results:The total detection rate of acute pelvic inflammation,ectopic pregnancy,uterine perforation,adenomyosis,ovarian cyst pedal torsion and luteal cyst rupture in the study group was 95.55%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(74.14%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of transvaginal combined abdominal ultrasound examination for gynecological acute abdomen can effectively improve the detection rate of clinical diseases,is conducive to the accurate diagnosis of clinical diseases,timely take effective treatment measures,has a high clinical application value.
