用两种吸氧管对肺心病患者进行吸氧治疗的效果对比

摘　　要：目的:对比观察两种吸氧管对肺心病患者实施吸氧治疗的临床效果。方法:挑选2018年4月~2019年4月本院接诊的肺心病患者82例为观察对象。按照接诊时间先后将患者分为两组,对照组和观察组患者均有41例。对照组患者采用传统鼻导管吸氧治疗,观察组患者则应用扶舒清吸氧管进行吸氧治疗。比较分析两种吸氧管的吸氧效果。结果:统计两组患者治疗舒适度评分,对照组要低于观察组,对照组为(46.8±5.9)分,观察组为(76.3±8.3)分,两组数据比较,P<0.05,符合统计学意义;对比两组患者刺激性咳嗽发生率与吸氧设备安装时间,观察组患者吸氧设备安装时间更短,刺激性咳嗽发生率更低,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:相比传统鼻导管吸氧治疗,肺心病患者用扶舒清吸氧管进行吸氧治疗能够缩短设备安装时间,有效降低刺激性咳嗽发生率,增强患者治疗舒适度。Objective:To compare and observe the clinical effect of two kinds of oxygen tube in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease.Methods:82 patients with pulmonary heart disease admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as observation objects.According to the time of reception,the patients were divided into two groups.There were 41 patients in the control group and the observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with traditional nasal catheter,while those in the observation group were treated with fushuqing.The oxygen absorption effect of two kinds of oxygen absorption tubes was compared and analyzed.Results:The treatment comfort score of the two groups was statistically lower than that of the observation group(46.8±5.9)in the control group and(76.3±8.3)in the observation group(P<0.05),which was in accordance with the statistical significance;Comparing the incidence of irritating cough and the installation time of oxygen inhalation equipment in the two groups of patients,the installation time of oxygen inhalation equipment in the observation group was shorter,and the incidence of irritating cough was lower,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:Compared with the traditional oxygen inhalation therapy,the oxygen inhalation therapy with fushuqing can shorten the installation time of the equipment,effectively reduce the incidence of irritant cough and enhance the comfort of the patients.
