摘 要:目的:探讨低温等离子射频消融联合臭氧注射对颈椎间盘突出症患者VAS、ODI指数。方法:随机选取2018年5月~2020年6月本院收治的60例颈椎间盘突出症患者为观察对象进行对比研究,根据治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组应用低温等离子射频消融术治疗,观察组基于对照组的同时应用臭氧注射治疗,对比受试对象治疗前后的VAS与ODI评分以及并发症发生率。结果:治疗前两组的VAS评分无任何变化(P>0.05),治疗1周、1个月、3个月后观察组的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前患者的ODI评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗1周、1个月、3个月后观察组的ODI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);同时观察组并发症发生率比对照组的更低(P<0.05)。结论:低温等离子射频消融结合臭氧注射对颈椎间盘突出症患者实施治疗,除了能够减轻患者的疼痛,使颈椎功能得以改善外,还大大提高了其生活质量,并发症少,疗效好。Objective:To investigate the effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone injection on the VAS and ODI index of patients with cervical disc herniation.Methods:Randomly select 60 patients with cervical disc herniation in our hospital from May 2018 to June 2020 as observation objects for comparative study.According to different treatment methods,they are divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases each.Control group application of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation therapy,the team based on the control of application of ozone injection treatment at the same time,contrast subjects before and after treatment of VAS and ODI score and the incidence of complications.Results:There was no change in VAS scores of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).VAS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group after 1 week,1 month and 3 months of treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ODI score of patients before treatment(P>0.05),and ODI score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group after 1 week,1 month and 3 months of treatment(P<0.05).At the same time,the complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone injection for the treatment of patients with cervical disc herniation can not only relieve the pain of patients and improve the function of cervical vertebra,but also greatly improve their quality of life,with fewer complications and good curative effect.
