摘 要:目的:分析全自动血培养仪与微生物鉴定仪在临床血液检验中的应用效果以及敏感性、准确性差异。方法:选择2017年4月~2019年6月本院接受血液检验的500份血液样本作为此次研究对象,将其中100份阳性血液样本进行细菌鉴定以及药敏试验,采用全自动血培养仪直接细菌鉴定及药敏试验的检验结果作为A组。采用全自动微生物鉴定仪常规药敏试验法检验的检验结果作为B组,对两种检验方法所得结果进行对比。结果:A组和B组的革兰阳性菌检验符合率和阴性菌检验符合率以及阳性菌敏感性和革兰阴性菌敏感性差异均无意义(P>0.05)。对比两组获取检验报告时间,结果则显示差异显著,A组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床血液检验中全自动血培养仪与微生物鉴定仪均较为准确且敏感性较高,均具有应用可行性,但对比而言全自动血培养仪对细菌的鉴定及检测速度更快,效率更高。Objective:To analyze the application effect,sensitivity and accuracy difference between automatic blood culture instrument and microorganism identification instrument in clinical blood test.Methods:500 blood samples that received blood tests in our hospital from April 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research object,100 of which were positive blood samples for bacterial identification and drug sensitivity test.The test results of direct bacterial identification and drug susceptibility test using an automatic blood culture instrument were used as group A.The test results of the routine drug susceptibility test method of the automatic microbial identification instrument were used as group B,and the results obtained by the two test methods were compared.Results:There was no significant difference between group A and group B in the coincidence rate of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria tests and the sensitivity of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria(P>0.05).Comparing the time of obtaining the test report between the two groups,the results showed that the difference was significant,group A was shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The automatic blood culture instrument and microorganism identification instrument are both accurate and sensitive in clinical blood testing,and both are feasible for application.However,the automatic blood culture instrument has faster identification and detection speed and higher efficiency for bacteria.
