多浪羊发情周期FSH、LH、P_(4)和E_(2)变化规律及早期妊娠鉴定

摘　　要：为进一步进行胚胎体外生产、胚胎移植产业化以及为相关科学研究提供理论依据,本试验对多浪羊做同期发情处理,应用酶联免疫吸附试验测定发情周期中卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))和孕酮(P_(4))的含量,分析其变化规律。同时应用B超对交配后的羊进行妊娠鉴定。结果表明:在发情周期中FSH处于较低水平,呈脉冲式分泌,发情前浓度迅速升高,排卵后又迅速下降,LH与FSH变化趋势相一致;P_(4)从第8天浓度升高,第11天达峰值,第12天以后又逐渐下降,直到降至最低水平;E_(2)浓度在发情开始前1天上升,在发情当天达到峰值,在发情结束后,浓度下降至一稳定水平;配种后第19天通过B超可观察到扩张的子宫,第28天可见孕囊,第35天可见清晰的子叶,表明通过B超对母羊妊娠鉴定的最佳时间为配种后28 d左右。In order to provide theoretical basis for embryo production in vitro,embryo transfer industrialization and related scientific research.In this experiment,simultaneous estrus treatment was performed on Duolang sheep,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to determine the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2))and progesterone(P_(4)),and analyzed its change rule.Meanwhile,B-ultrasound was used to identify the sheep pregnancy after mating.The results showed that during the estrus period,FSH stayed at lower levels and displayed the pulse-like secretion,but rised rapidly before oestrus,then dropped rapidly after ovulation,the dynamic trend of LH was similar to FSH;the concentration of P_(4)went up from the 8th days,peak at day 11,then gradually declined from the 12th days until the lowest level;E_(2)concentration increased in the 1st day before the start of estrus,peaked on the day of estrus,and decreased to a stable level after estrus.We observed expand uterus at the 19th days after mating,pregnant bursa at thE_(2)8th days,clearly legible cotyledon at the 35th days,indicating that the best time to determine pregnancy by B-ultrasound is 28 days after mating.
