摘 要:脊髓损伤是一种致残率高、后果严重的中枢神经系统性损伤,为了更直观地了解犬脊髓损伤的愈后发展情况,本试验参照人类突发性截瘫、高空坠落和车祸等意外导致的脊柱骨折和急性脊髓损伤情况,通过植入压迫的方法,对比格犬采用半椎板切除术后用导尿管探入压迫神经根,压迫量为5 mL,压迫时间是10 min,最终造成比格犬神经根脊髓损伤模型。试验中将16只比格犬随机分为对照组(4只)和脊髓神经根损伤模型组(12只)。使用核磁共振影像(MRI)对犬胸腰椎进行T1WI、T2WI及液体衰减反转恢复序列扫描,对造模前1天和造模后的第1、3、7、14、28、44天的比格犬进行MRI检测,观察脊髓的结构变化,分析比较永久性脊髓损伤影像结果及预后,为临床犬脊髓损伤的影像学诊断提供参考。Spinal cord injury is a central nervous system injury with high disability rate and serious consequences.In order to more intuitively understand the prognosis of canine spinal cord injury,this research focuses on imitating the spine fractures and acute spinal cord injuries caused by human sudden paraplegia,falling from height,car accidents and other accidents.For spinal fractures caused by acute spinal cord injury,16 beagle dogs were randomly divided into control group(4)and spinal nerve root injury model group(12)by using external tool implantation compression method.Beagle dogs used urinary catheters after hemilaminectomy.The nerve root was compressed,the compression volume was 5 mL,and the compression time was 10 minutes,which ultimately resulted in a beagle dog spinal cord injury model.Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)was used to scan T1WI,T2WI and fluid attenuation inversion recovery sequences of the canine thoracolumbar spine.MRI was performed on beagle dogs 1 d before modeling and 1,3,7,14,28 d and 44 d after modeling,the structural changes of the spinal cord were observed,and the imaging results and prognosis of permanent spinal cord injury were analyzed and compared,so as to provide a reference for the clinical imaging diagnosis of spinal cord injury in canine.
