摘　　要：为了培育无特定病原(SPF)级比格犬,通过无菌接产加隔离饲养的方式对SPF级比格犬培育条件进行探索,分3批次共选择24只遗传背景明确、无不良生产记录、经检测不携带特定病原的种母犬进行配种。在预产期前5天将母犬全身消毒并转移至屏障环境中,无菌接产后立即将仔犬转移至无菌隔离器中饲养。用全价配方奶粉及高压灭菌后的全价颗粒犬粮饲喂仔犬。对国标规定的15种病原及犬冠状病毒、犬疱疹病毒、犬副流感病毒、肺炎克雷伯菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、绿脓杆菌、肺炎链球菌、支气管败血波氏杆菌,共24种病原进行检测。结果显示,无菌接产共获得仔犬141只,1月龄仔犬成活率90.78%,24种病原检测结果均为阴性。结果表明通过无菌接产和隔离饲养方式,可成功培育出SPF级比格犬。In order to breed SPF beagle dogs,the breeding conditions of SPF beagle dogs were explored by aseptic delivery and isolation feeding.The study was divided into 3 batches,a total of 24 breeding female dogs with clear genetic background,no bad production records,and no specific pathogens were used for breeding.After systemic disinfection,the bitches were transferred to a barrier environment at 5 days before the due date.After aseptic delivery,the puppies were transferred to sterile isolators immediately.Puppies were fed with American PetAg milk powder and autoclaved full price dog food.For the 15 kinds of pathogenic microorganisms being prescribed by national standards and canine coronavirus,canine herpes virus,canine parainfluenza virus,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus,type B Hemolytic streptococcus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Pneumococcus,Bordetella bronchiseptica were tested.The results showed that a total of 141 puppies were aseptically delivered,and the survival rate of one-month-old puppies was 90.78%.Test results for 24 pathogens were negative.It showed that SPF beagle dogs were successfully bred through aseptic delivery and isolated breeding.
