西宁野生动物园大鵟、雕鸮血液生理生化指标及血清中部分维生素、矿物质含量的测定

摘  要:为测定西宁野生动物园圈养的6只大鵟及6只雕鸮血液中生理生化指标及血清中部分维生素和矿物质的含量,本试验利用全自动血液细胞分析仪、血液生化仪、分光光度法及酶联免疫吸附试验分别对2种动物血液中生理生化指标参数和血清中维生素、矿物质等指标进行测定。结果显示,2种动物肝肾功能指标中白蛋白(ALB)、血糖(GLU)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)等指标差异性不显著(P>0.05);白细胞相关指标中大鵟的白细胞数(WBC)、淋巴细胞数(Lymph)、单核细胞数(MON)、中性粒细胞数(Gran)等均高于雕鸮,差异极显著(P<0.01);红细胞相关指标方面,大鵟红细胞数(RBC)、红细胞压积(HCT)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)等指标也均高于雕鸮,差异极显著(P<0.01);2种动物血清中维生素指标比对,维生素C、β-胡萝卜素指标差异性不显著(P>0.05),维生素A、维生素E等指标差异极显著(P<0.01),维生素B 2指标差异性显著(P<0.05)。结果表明,两者除个体差异外,雕鸮的机体免疫能力弱于大鵟,且大鵟的携氧能力高于雕鸮。两者在食物来源和数量相同时,物种差异是导致机体对维生素吸收利用程度不同的重要原因。利用上述数据,可更好地辅助人工判断野生动物的健康状况,对野生动物救护和野生动物健康水平监测以及疾病预防具有重要意义。In order to determine the physiological and biochemical parameters in the blood and the contents of some vitamins and minerals in sera of six Buteo hemilasius and six Bubo bubo housed in Xining wildlife park.In this study,automatic blood cell analyzer,blood biochemical analyzer,spectrophotometry and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used to determine the unknown physiological and biochemical parameters in the blood and the vitamins,minerals in the serum of the two animals,respectively.The results showed that there was no significant difference in ALB,GLU,ALP and other indicators in the liver and kidney function indicators of the two animals(P>0.05);the WBC,Lymph,MON,Gran and other indicators in the white blood cell-related indicators were significantly higher in Buteo hemilasius than those in the Bubo bubo(P<0.01);the RBC,HCT,MCV,MCH,MCHC and other indicators in the red blood cell-related indicators were also significantly higher in Buteo hemilasius than those in the Bubo bubo(P<0.01);there was no significant difference in vitamin C,β-carotene indicators between the two animals(P>0.05),while there were very significant differences in vitamin A,vitamin E and other indicators(P<0.01),with significant difference in vitamin B 2 indicators(P<0.05).These results show that the immune capacity of the Bubo bubo is weaker than that of the Buteo hemilasius except for individual differences,and the oxygen carrying capacity of the Buteo hemilasius is higher than that of the Bubo bubo;when the food source and quantity are the same,the species difference is an important reason for the different degree of vitamin absorption and utilization by the body.The use of the above parameters can better assist in manually judging the health status of wild animals,it is important for wildlife rescue and wildlife health level monitoring as well as disease prevention.
