摘  要:2020年新冠疫情的爆发对全球经济造成了严重的影响。我国是全球猪肉进口大国,猪肉作为我国民众生活中必不 可少的食物,是我国社会关注的重点之一。新冠疫情前由于受到非洲猪瘟的影响,加之面临着“去产能”的发展大势,我 国猪肉供不应求。面对疫情,我国政府出台政策限制国际生鲜进口,猪肉供给大幅下跌。在疫情常态化后,猪肉价格慢慢 走向回落。从生猪养殖、进口到流入市场,居民猪肉的消费行为背后既关系到国内猪肉市场价格波动、国际疫情形势,也 反映了相关政策及时出台的必要性。The outbreak of the COVID-19epidemic in 2020 has had a serious impact on the global economy.China is a major pork importer in the world.As an indispensable food in the lives of Chinese people,pork is one of the focuses of Chinese society.Before the COVID-19 epidemic,due to the impact of African swine fever and the general trend of De-capacity development,the supply of pork in China was in short supply.In the face of the epidemic,Chinese government introduced policies to restrict international fresh imports,and pork supply fell sharply.After the normalization of the epidemic,pork prices are slowly falling.From pig breeding,import to the market,residents’pork consumption behavior is not only related to the price fl uctuations of the domestic pork market and the international epidemic situation,but also refl ects the necessity of timely introduction of relevant policies.
