浅谈国际金融衍生品市场的发展趋势

摘　　要：金融衍生品是虚拟资本的一种表现形式,是金融创新的产物。金融衍生品是在布雷顿森林体系解体之后诞生的,到目前已经经历了几十年的发展。当布雷顿森林体系解体后,金融市场的利率、汇率、通货膨胀率等不确定因素不断加大,金融机构为了规避金融风险亟需各类金融工具,随即金融衍生品在此形势下诞生。本文对国际金融衍生品市场的发展趋势进行了相关的论述,首先提出了国际金融衍生品市场的发展特性;其次从七个方面指出了国际金融衍生品市场发展的新趋势;最后从不断加大股权类期权的发展力度、适时地调整和拓展其他金融期货产品、加强对场外衍生品市场在国内发展的重视等三个方面提出了国际金融衍生品市场发展应对措施。Financial derivatives are a manifestation of virtual capital and the product of financial innovation.Financial derivatives were born after the disintegration of the Bretton Woods system and have experienced decades of development.After the disintegration of the Bretton Woods system,uncertain factors such as interest rates,exchange rates,and inflation rates in the financial market continued to increase.In order to avoid financial risks,financial institutions urgently needed various fi nancial instruments,and then fi nancial derivatives were born under this situation.This article discusses the development trend of the international financial derivatives market.First,the article puts forward the development characteristics of the international fi nancial derivatives market.Secondly,it points out the new trends in the development of the international fi nancial derivatives market from seven aspects.Finally,the development of international fi nancial derivatives market has been proposed from three aspects:continuously increasing the development of equity options,adjusting and expanding other fi nancial futures products in a timely manner,and strengthening the attention to the domestic development of the over-the-counter derivatives market.
