摘　　要：随着现代经济和社会活动的发展,世界产业结构整体上呈现出向服务业倾斜的趋势。基于十九大精神,各省市把发展服务业作为区域增长的突破点。本研究基于偏离份额分析法,分析辽宁服务业的产业结构和竞争力,通过实证研究表明辽宁服务业经济总量较小、产业机构内部不合理、竞争力水平较低的现状,并提出加大资金投入、加快产业调整步伐以及积极拓展服务领域等新型举措,以增强辽宁省区域竞争力,促进东北地区服务业的全面振兴。With the development of modern economic and social activities,the overall industrial structure of the world has shown a tendency to tilt towards the service industry.Based on the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,all provinces and cities regard the development of the service industry as a breakthrough point for regional growth.This study is based on the shift-share analysis method to analyze the industrial structure and competitiveness of Liaoning's service industry.The empirical research shows that Liaoning's service industry has the current situation of small economic aggregate,unreasonable internal industrial institutions and low competitiveness,and puts forward new measures such as increasing capital investment,accelerating the pace of industrial adjustment and actively expanding the service fi eld,so as to enhance the regional competitiveness of Liaoning Province and promote the all-round revitalization of the service industry in Northeast China.
