摘　　要：联盟通过准入制度对俱乐部参赛权进行垄断,这种集体行动的逻辑以联盟利益最大化,垄断型职业体育联盟组织模式对联盟和俱乐部来讲是一种互惠制度,联盟垄断是竞争平衡制度安排的前提,俱乐部之间竞争平衡是为了获得更多的“合作剩余”,联盟的垄断与俱乐部之间的竞争平衡并不矛盾,垄断有利于竞争平衡,竞争平衡进一步巩固了联盟的垄断地位。The alliance monopolizes the right to participate in the club through the access system.The logic of this collective action is maximized by the interests of the alliance.The organizational model of the monopoly professional sports league is a reciprocal system for the alliance and the club.The alliance monopoly is a competitive balance system arrangement.The premise of the competition between the clubs is to obtain more"cooperative surplus".The monopoly of the alliance is not contradictory to the competition between the clubs.Monopoly is conducive to the balance of competition,and the balance of competition further consolidates the monopoly of the alliance.
