依托卫生室的农村“医养结合”养老模式发展研究

摘　　要：人口老龄化愈发严重,基于不同理念进行探索的养老机构和养老模式也应运而生。其中“医养结合”养老模式就是在“医疗+养老”基础上逐步发展起来的一种养老模式。当前关于“医养结合”的研究多是集中在城市,对农村地区关注较少。本文基于这种现实情况,深入思考农村现实,创新思路,依托农村卫生室,发展农村“医养结合”养老模式,提出进一步完善和落实相关政策、尽快解决村卫生室医疗资源匮乏问题、努力构建本村年轻人为主的人员培养机制、积极建设完整的管理制度、逐步改变农村养老观念等发展策略,希望促进农村地区“医养结合”养老模式更好发展。As the aging of population becomes more and more serious,pension institutions and pension models based on different concepts have emerged as the Times require.Among them,the“combination of medical care and support”pension mode is the one gradually developed on the basis of“medical care+endowment”.At present,the research on the combination of medical care and support is mostly concentrated in the cities,and less attention is paid to the rural areas.Based on this reality,this paper deeply considers the rural reality and innovates ideas.Relying on rural clinics,it develops the rural old-age care model of“combination of medical care and maintenance”.This article also put forward to further improve and implement the relevant policies,solve the problem of the lack of medical resources in village clinics as soon as possible,strive to build a young people-oriented personnel training mechanism in the villages,actively build a complete management system,and gradually change the concept of rural pension development strategies,hoping to promote the better development of the“combination of medical care”pension model in rural areas.
