Implementation of Cluster Management to Shorten the Average Hospitalization Days

摘　　要：笔者将集束化管理理念应用于医院管理领域,将顺应政策导向、数据监测与商业智能(Business Intelligence,BI)技术分析相结合、规范诊疗模式、大力推广日间诊疗实践、加强全院质量改进项目等方式共同实施。将实施集束化管理前后的年平均住院日进行对比,2017年平均住院日(6.65±1.97)d、2019年(6.47±1.89)d,通过独立样本t检验得P<0.05,可见平均住院日的降低具有统计学意义。通过实施集束化管理有效降低了平均住院日,并得到了院级工作制度规范化、日间诊疗显著提升、信息化水平得到提升、质量文化得以普及等成效,为医院管理者提供借鉴。The authors applied the concept of cluster management to the field of hospital management,which is implemented by complying with policy orientation,combining data monitoring with Business Intelligence(BI)technical analysis,standardizing the diagnosis and treatment mode,vigorously promoting the practice of daytime diagnosis and treatment,and strengthening the quality improvement project of the whole hospital.The average annual hospital stay before and after the implementation of cluster management was compared,and the average annual hospital stay in 2017 was(6.65±1.97)d,and that in 2019 was(6.47±1.89)d.According to the independent sample t test,P<0.05 was obtained,indicating that the decrease of average hospital stay was statistically significant.It can be seen that the implementation of cluster management has effectively reduced the average length of stay in hospital,and achieved results such as standardization of hospital-level work system,significant improvement of daytime diagnosis and treatment,and the improvement of information level and popularization of quality culture,which provides a reference for hospital managers.
