采用酒石酸美托洛尔治疗扩张型心肌病的临床效果以及药理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨采用酒石酸美托洛尔治疗扩张型心肌病的临床效果以及药理分析。方法选取在大连大学附属新华医院就诊的80例扩张型心肌病患者为研究对象,时间为2018年1月至2019年1月,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规治疗,试验组40例采用酒石酸美托洛尔治疗,比较两组患者的心功能指标。结果试验组LVEDD、LVER高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组LVESD、心率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗扩张型心肌病患者给予酒石酸美托洛尔进行治疗可取得较好的临床效果,能有效改善患者心功能,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effects and pharmacological analysis of metoprolol tartrate in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods A total of 80 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy who were treated in Xinhua Hospital of Dalian University from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.40 cases in the control group received conventional treatment,and 40 cases in the experimental group received tartaric acid.Torolol treatment,the cardiac function indexes of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The LVEDD and LVER of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the LVESD and heart rate of the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical treatment of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy treated with metoprolol tartrate can achieve good clinical results,can effectively improve the heart function of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
