摘　　要：目的探讨高剂量阿伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗原发性高血压并动脉粥样硬化的效果及药理分析。方法选取在大连大学附属新华医院(2018年1月至2019年1月)就诊的80例原发性高血压并动脉粥样硬化患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组40例采取阿托伐他汀(40 mg/d)联合阿司匹林肠溶片(100 mg/d)治疗,对照组给予口服阿托伐他汀(20 mg/d)联合阿司匹林肠溶片(100 mg/d)治疗,疗程均为3个月。比较两组患者血脂情况和血压情况。结果试验组血脂情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组血压情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对原发性高血压并动脉粥样硬化患者采取高剂量阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林肠溶片进行治疗,效果显著,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the effect and pharmacological analysis of high-dose atorvastatin combined with aspirin in the treatment of essential hypertension with atherosclerosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with primary hypertension and atherosclerosis who were treated in Xinhua Hospital of Dalian University from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into a test group and a control group.40 cases in the test group were treated with atorvastatin(40 mg/d)combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets(100 mg/d)treatment,the control group was given oral atorvastatin(20 mg/d)combined aspirin enteric-coated tablets(100 mg/d)treatment,the course of treatment was 3 months.The blood lipids and blood pressure of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The blood lipid of the test group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood pressure of the test group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-dose atorvastatin combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets for treatment of patients with essential hypertension and atherosclerosis,the effect is significant,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
