研究全面腹部超声检查在急腹症诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的研究全面腹部超声检查在急腹症诊断中的应用价值。方法选取本院2017年12月至2018年12月收治的急腹症患者中,随机选取62例作为研究样本,随机分组,对照组采用常规腹部超声诊断,观察组采用全面腹部超声诊断,对比诊断结果。结果观察组急性胆囊炎、阑尾炎、盆腔炎及胰腺炎检查率,分别为29.03%、35.48%、25.81%及6.45%、检查时间(14.20±2.10)min、确诊时间(2.00±0.20)h。对照组急性胆囊炎、阑尾炎、盆腔炎及胰腺炎检查率,分别为22.58%、32.26%、22.58%及3.23%、检查时间(10.60±3.00)min、确诊时间(3.10±0.10)h。两组数据对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。根据患者急腹症类型的不同,全面腹部超声影像学表现同样存在差异。结论采用全面腹部超声检查诊断急腹症,可有效明确疾病类型,检出率较高,虽检查时间略长,但诊断所需时间短,可避免延误治疗。Objective To study the value of comprehensive abdominal ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of acute abdomen.Methods Among the patients with acute abdomen admitted in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018,62 cases were randomly selected as the research samples and randomly grouped.The control group was diagnosed by conventional abdominal ultrasound,and the observation group was diagnosed by comprehensive abdominal ultrasound,and the diagnosis results were compared.Results The examination rates of acute cholecystitis,appendicitis,pelvic inflammatory disease and pancreatitis in the observation group were 29.03%,35.48%,25.81%and 6.45%,respectively.The examination time was(14.20±2.10)min and the diagnosis time was(2.00±0.20)h.In the control group,the examination rates of acute cholecystitis,appendicitis,pelvic inflammatory disease and pancreatitis were 22.58%,32.26%,22.58%and 3.23%,respectively.The examination time was(10.60±3.00)min and the diagnosis time was(3.10±0.10)h.The comparison of the two groups of data showed significant differences(P<0.05).According to the different types of acute abdomen in patients,there are also differences in overall abdominal ultrasound imaging.Conclusion The use of comprehensive abdominal ultrasound to diagnose acute abdomen can effectively clarify the type of disease,and the detection rate is relatively high.Although the examination time is slightly longer,the time required for diagnosis is short,which can avoid delays in treatment.
