摘  要:目的探讨多元健康教育对化疗患者治疗认知度及依从性的影响。方法选取2017年7月至2018年7月我院收治的接受化疗的患者202例,根据随机数字法分为两组,研究组(113例)和对照组(89例)。对照组应用常规护理进行干预,研究组应用多元健康教育进行干预。对两组患者心理焦虑情况、认知度、依从性的调查,并对结果进行比较和分析。结果研究组焦虑得分小于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(Z=8.655,P=0.000);研究组患者的疾病认知情况和治疗依从性明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(分别Z_(1)=3.281,P_(1)=0.000;Z_(2)=3.281,P_(2)=000)。结论多元健康教育在接受化疗治疗的患者干预中效果显著,可以改善患者心理焦虑情况,提高患者认知度及依从性。Objective To explore the influence of multiple health education on the awareness and compliance of patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 202 patients receiving chemotherapy admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number method:the study group(113 cases)and the control group(89 cases).The control group used routine nursing intervention,the study group used multiple health education intervention.The psychological anxiety,awareness and compliance of the two groups of patients were investigated,and the results were compared and analyzed.Results The anxiety score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=8.655,P=0.000).Patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group in terms of disease cognition and treatment compliance,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(Z_(1)=3.281,P_(1)=0.000;Z_(2)=3.281,P_(2)=0.000).Conclusion Multiple health education has a significant effect in the intervention of patients receiving chemotherapy,which can improve the psychological anxiety of patients,improve the awareness and compliance of patients.
