摘 要:目的探讨尿常规检查中显微镜检测法及尿沉渣全自动分析仪检测的应用价值。方法选取2019年1~4月本院收集的480份尿液标本为研究对象,分别采用显微镜检测法、尿沉渣全自动分析仪以及干化学法进行检测,评价不同检测方法的应用价值。结果尿沉渣全自动分析仪WBC检测的准确度为91.67%较干化学法79.37%的准确度显著提高(P<0.05);尿沉渣全自动分析仪RBC检测的准确度为91.25%,干化学法准确度为90.63%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管型检测采用尿沉渣全自动分析仪检测的敏感度仅为36.36%,干化学法则无法识别管型。结论显微镜检测法、尿沉渣全自动分析仪、尿干化学法均为较好的尿常规检测方法,在不同指标的检测中均有各自的优势,联合检测可进一步降低漏诊率,提高诊断准确性,值得推广。Objective To explore the application value of two methods:microscopic detection and automatic urinary sediment analyzer in routine urine examination.Methods A total of 480 urine samples collected by our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected as research objects.Three methods were used for detection,namely microscope detection,automatic urinary sediment analyzer and dry chemical method,to evaluate the application value of different detection methods.Results The accuracy of WBC was 91.67%,which was significantly higher than that of 79.37%(P<0.05).The accuracy of RBC of urine sediment automatic analyzer was 91.25%and that of dry chemistry method was 90.63%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The sensitivity of automatic urinary sediment analyzer is only 36.36%,dry chemical method can not identify the tube type.Conclusion Microscopic detection,automatic urinary sediment analyzer and dry chemical method are all good methods for routine urine detection,which have their own advantages in the detection of different indicators.Combined detection can further reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and improve the accuracy of diagnosis,which is worth promoting.
