针对性心理护理结合优质护理对妊娠期高血压疾病产后出血的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨针对性心理护理结合优质护理对妊娠期高血压疾病产后出血的应用效果。方法选择我院2018年1月至2018年12月收治的100例妊娠期高血压疾病患者作为研究对象,根据随机原则进行分组,每组50例,对照组患者采用常规基础护理,观察组患者采用常规基础护理联合有针对性的心理护理和优质护理。比较两组患者的负面心理状态评分、护理满意度、产后出血发生率。结果①两组SAS评分、SDS评分护理后明显比护理前降低,且观察组SAS评分、SDS评分护理后明显比对照组更低,P<0.05。②观察组护理满意度明显比对照组更高,P<0.05。③观察组产后出血发生率明显比对照组更低,P<0.05。结论针对性心理护理结合优质护理对妊娠期高血压疾病产后出血的应用确切,有利于减轻患者的心理压力,有利于提高患者的护理满意度,有利于预防产后出血的发生。Objective To explore the application effect of targeted psychological nursing combined with high-quality nursing on postpartum hemorrhage in hypertensive diseases during pregnancy.Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as research objects.50 patients in each group were randomly divided into groups.The control group received routine basic care,while the observation group received routine basic care combined with targeted psychological care and high-quality nursing.The scores of negative psychological state,nursing satisfaction and incidence of postpartum hemorrhage were compared between the two groups.Results(1)SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower after nursing than before nursing,and SAS scores and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after nursing,P<0.05.(2)Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.(3)The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted psychological nursing combined with high-quality nursing for postpartum hemorrhage in pregnancy hypertensive disease is accurate,is conducive to reduce the psychological pressure of patients,is conducive to improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,is conducive to prevent the occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage.
