摘　　要：目的研究分析经阴道分娩产妇行优质护理预防产后出血的效果与使用价值。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月内本院收治的经阴道分娩产妇160例,采用随机分组法将产妇分为两组,80例作为对照组采用常规护理方式,剩余80例作为试验组采用优质护理干预,对比两组产妇的术中出血量、产后出血发生率、护理满意度以及不良反应发生率。结果试验组产妇术中出血量比对照组更少,产后出血发生率及不良反应发生率更低,护理满意度更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在经阴道分娩产妇围生产期内采用优质护理能够有效改善产妇的分娩过程,减少术中出血量,降低产后出血发生率,同时避免其他不良反应的出现,产妇生存质量与分娩结果得到极大改善,护理满意度明显提高,临床效果较好。Objective To study and analyze the effect and application value of high-quality nursing in preventing postpartum hemorrhage of parturient with vaginal delivery.Methods One hundred and sixty cases of vaginal delivery in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,80 cases as the control group,using conventional nursing,the remaining 80 cases as the experimental group,using highquality nursing intervention.The amount of intraoperative bleeding,incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of different nursing methods,the amount of intraoperative bleeding in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and adverse reactions was lower,and the nursing satisfaction was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of high-quality nursing in the perinatal period of vaginal delivery can effectively improve the delivery process,reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding,reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,and avoid the occurrence of other adverse reactions.The quality of life and delivery results of pregnant women are greatly improved,nursing satisfaction is significantly improved,and the clinical effect is good.
