人文关怀理念下的整合式心理护理对精神分裂症患者自我感受负担、负性情绪及遵医行为的影响

摘　　要：目的分析人文关怀理念下的整合式心理护理对精神分裂症患者自我感受负担、负性情绪及遵医行为的影响。方法选择2019年6月至2020年12月本院收治的84例精神分裂症患者,随机分组方式分成了参照组(42例)与试验组(42例),参照组实施常规护理,而试验组实施人文关怀理念下的整合式心理护理,对比护理效果。结果试验组的自我负担感(SPB)评分、负性情绪评分均低于参照组(P<0.05);试验组的遵医嘱行为显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对于精神分裂症患者,采取人文关怀理念下的整合式心理护理干预,能够显著改善患者的负性心理,减轻其自我负担感,积极遵从医嘱接受治疗,提高其遵医行为,值得推荐。Objective To analyze the impact of integrated psychological care under the concept of humanistic care on the self-perceived burden,negative emotions and compliance behavior of patients with schizophrenia.Method From June 2019 to December 2020,84 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital were randomly divided into the reference group(42 cases)and the experimental group(42 cases).The reference group was given routine nursing,while the experimental group was given integrated psychological nursing under the concept of humanistic care.Results The self-burden(SPB)scores and negative emotion scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05);the compliance behavior of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with schizophrenia,the integrated psychological nursing intervention under the concept of humanistic care can significantly improve the patient's negative psychology,reduce their sense of self-burden,actively follow the doctor's advice to receive treatment,and improve their compliance behavior.It is worth recommending.
