舒适护理在小儿呼吸道感染护理中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨观察对于呼吸道感染患儿实施舒适护理的临床护理效果,为临床治疗提供依据。方法此次探究试验的研究对象选取2017年至2020年在我院呼吸道感染的患儿共100例,将患儿均分为两组,按照护理方式的不同分别记为对照组和研究组,对照组患儿接受常规护理模式,研究组患儿接受舒适护理,对比两组患儿在接受不同护理方式之后在舒适度评分和临床症状改善情况的差异。结果①在舒适度评分方面,护理干预之前,两组患儿的舒适度评分基本无差异(P>0.05),在进行护理干预之后,两组患儿的舒适的评分均逐渐改善,且研究组大于对照组患儿,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②研究组的各项临床指标改善时间均少于对照组患儿,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于呼吸道感染的患儿,采用舒适护理可以显著增加患儿的舒适度,改善临床症状,治疗效果良好,患儿及照顾者也更加满意,值得临床推广及应用。Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of comfortable nursing for children with respiratory tract infection,and to provide basis for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 100 children with respiratory tract infection in our hospital from 2017 to 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into two groups,which were divided into control group and study group according to different nursing methods.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing mode,while those in the study group were given comfortable nursing.The differences in comfort score and clinical symptom improvement after receiving different nursing methods were compared between the two groups.Results(1)In terms of comfort score,there was basically no difference between the two groups before nursing intervention(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the comfort scores of the two groups gradually improved,and the study group was larger than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)The improvement time of various clinical indicators in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with respiratory tract infection,comfortable nursing can significantly increase the comfort of patients,improve clinical symptoms,achieve good treatment effect,and make patients more satisfied,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
