糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者ICU的抢救与护理

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病酮症酸中毒(DKA)患者的ICU抢救与护理。方法为提升DKA的ICU抢救效率和护理质量,选取70例已经被确诊为DKA的患者作为本次研究对象,为达成研究目的,将患者随机分配为两组,分别为对照组、观察组,对照组使用常规护理方法,观察组则使用综合护理措施,比较其护理效果。结果观察组患者的血糖控制时间、酸中毒纠正时间、症状改善时间、住院时间等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对护理措施很满意者17例,一般满意17例,仅1例不满意,满意度97.14%;对照组以上满意程度的患者数分别为14例、13例、8例,满意度77.14%。结论通过对DKA患者实施综合护理措施,可以有效缓解DKA症状,提升疗效。Objective To analyze the rescue and nursing care of ICU patients with diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA).Methods In order to improve the ICU rescue efficiency and nursing quality of DKA,70 patients with DKA were selected as the research object.In order to achieve the research purpose,the patients were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group.The control group used conventional nursing methods,the observation group used comprehensive nursing measures,and the nursing effect was compared.Results The blood glucose control time,acidosis correction time,symptom improvement time and hospitalization time of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was also high,17 cases were very satisfied with the nursing measures,17 cases were generally satisfied,only 1 case was not satisfied,the satisfaction was 97.14%;in contrast,in the control group,the number of patients with the above degree of satisfaction were 14 cases,13 cases and 8 cases respectively,and the satisfaction was 77.14%,which was significantly lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing measures for DKA patients can effectively alleviate the symptoms of DKA and improve the curative effect.
