摘　　要：目的探讨妊高征产妇产后出血护理中优质护理的应用效果。方法2019年5月至2020年7月,随机抽选本院82例妊高征产妇为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=41例)与观察组(n=41例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组采取优质护理,对护理效果进行比较。结果产后2 h出血量、产后24 h出血量方面,观察组更少,与对照组存在明显差异(P<0.05);护理后,观察组血压水平较对照组低,差异显著(P<0.05);护理总满意度方面,观察组比对照组高,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论为妊高征患者提供优质护理方法,不仅能够合理控制患者血压水平,减少产后出血量,同时可促进护理满意度的提高。Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in nursing of postpartum hemorrhage of pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods From May 2019 to July 2020,82 pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension in our hospital were randomly selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group(n=41 cases)and an observation group(n=41 cases)using a random number table method.The control group carried out routine nursing,the observation group took high-quality nursing,and the nursing effect was compared.Results Two hours postpartum blood loss,24 hours postpartum blood loss,observation group was less than the control group,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).After nursing,the blood pressure of observation group was lower than that of control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).In terms of total nursing satisfaction,the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion To provide high-quality nursing for patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome can not only control patients'blood pressure reasonably,reduce postpartum blood loss,but also promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction.
