责任制护理应用于冠心病患者护理中积极作用的相关研究

摘　　要：目的分析责任制护理应用于冠心病患者护理中积极作用的相关研究。方法选取2017年4月至2018年10月我院收治的冠心病患者93例为研究对象,随机摸球法分为对照组46例(接受常规性护理)、观察组47例(接受责任制护理),对比两种护理方法的效果。结果观察组护理人员的护理书写能力、工作积极性等评分明显提升,差异有统学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者心绞痛稳定、发作和活动程度评分均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者整体满意度状况高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为冠心病患者予以责任制护理时可有效提升患者护理积极性,满意度,同时护理质量更好,有临床应用价值。Objective To Analyze the relevant research on the positive role of responsible care in the care of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 93 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into 46 cases in the control group,mainly routine nursing care,and 47 cases in the observation group received responsibility nursing.The effect of two nursing methods.Results The scores of nursing writing ability and work enthusiasm of the nursing staff in the observation group were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of angina pectoris,onset and activity level were lower in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the overall satisfaction status of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Responsible nursing care for patients with coronary heart disease can effectively improve patient care enthusiasm and satisfaction.At the same time,the quality of care is better and it has clinical application value.
