阴道炎症对妇产科产妇分娩期及产褥期护理的影响以及临床干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究阴道炎症对妇产科产妇分娩期及产褥期护理的影响以及临床干预效果。方法研究对象抽取于我院在2015年2月1日至2019年2月1日期间收治的98例患有阴道炎症的产妇,通过随机表数字法,选出对照组和观察组,对照组中的49例患者安排实施常规护理措施,观察组中的49例患者安排实施针对性护理干预措施,比较两组患者护理前后的生活质量评分以及对本组护理方式的满意率情况。结果两组患者经过护理之后的生活质量评分均得到了显著的提高(P<0.05),同时对照组护理后的生活质量评分显著低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组对本组护理方式很满意的患者数量为30例,满意的患者数量为12例,总满意率为85.71%,观察组对本组护理方式很满意的患者数量为40例,满意的患者数量为8例,总满意率为97.96%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在阴道炎症产妇分娩期及产褥期护理中,安排给予针对性护理不仅有利于改善患者的生活质量,还有利于提高患者对临床护理工作的满意度,值得在临床护理中大力推广。Objective To study the effect of vaginal inflammation on maternal care during childbirth and puerperium and the effect of clinical intervention.Methods The study subjects were selected from 98 parturients with vaginal inflammation admitted to our hospital from February 1,2015 to February 1,2019.The control group and the observation group were selected through the random table number method.49 patients were arranged to implement routine nursing measures,and 49 patients in the observation group were arranged to implement targeted nursing intervention measures.The quality of life scores of the two groups of patients before and after nursing and the satisfaction rate of the nursing methods in this group were compared.Results The quality of life scores of the two groups of patients after nursing have been significantly improved(P<0.05),while the quality of life scores of the control group after nursing were significantly lower than those of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The number of patients who were very satisfied with the nursing method in this group was 30,the number of satisfied patients was 12,and the total satisfaction rate was 85.71%.The number of patients in the observation group who was satisfied with the nursing method in this group was 40,and the number of satisfied patients was 8,the overall satisfaction rate was 97.96%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of women with vaginal inflammation during delivery and puerperium,arranging targeted nursing will not only improve the quality of life of patients,but also improve the satisfaction of patients with clinical nursing work.It is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing.
