个性化肠道准备方案联合细节护理在结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨分析个性化肠道准备方案联合细节护理在结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的应用效果。方法选择本院接受治疗的120例结肠镜检查患者,通过随机分组的方式分为两组,联合检查组和常规检查组。常规检查组选择个性化肠道准备,联合检查组选择个性化肠道准备方案联合细节护理。对比两组患者肠道的清洁程度和患者对检查的满意程度,以及患者的不良反应。结果联合检查组的肠道清洁度、检查满意度也高于常规检查组,联合检查组的不良反应也低于常规检查组,P<0.05,组间差异具备统计学意义。结论个性化肠道准备方案联合细节护理可以提升结肠镜检查的正确性,提高肠道清洁度,提高患者对检查的满意程度,减少患者检查过程中的不良反应。Objective To explore the application effect of personalized bowel preparation scheme combined with detail nursing in bowel preparation before colonoscopy.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of colonoscopy patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,joint examination group and routine examination group.The routine test group chose individualized bowel preparation,and the joint examination group chose individualized bowel preparation combined with detailed nursing.Compare the two groups of patients with intestinal cleanliness and patient satisfaction with the examination,as well as the adverse reactions of patients.Results The intestinal cleanliness and inspection satisfaction of the joint inspection group were also higher than those of the conventional inspection group,and the adverse reactions of the joint inspection group were also lower than those of the conventional inspection group,P<0.05.Conclusion Personalized bowel preparation scheme combined with detailed nursing can improve the correctness of colonoscopy,improve intestinal cleanliness,improve patients'satisfaction with the examination,and reduce the adverse reactions in the process of examination.
