摘　　要：介绍了利用闲置的气体分馏装置改造为化工型MTBE装置的工程案例。装置改造采用醚化反应+催化蒸馏合成MTBE的化工型组合工艺,利旧丙烯塔改造为催化蒸馏塔、利旧脱丙烷塔改造为甲醇萃取塔、利旧脱乙烷塔改造为甲醇回收塔。装置改造设备利旧率高、投资省、建设周期短,改造后装置生产各项技术指标均可达到新建装置的水平。This paper introduced an engineering case of transforming an idle gas fractionation unit into a chemical MTBE unit.It used a combination process of etherification and catalytic distillation to synthesize MTBE to implement the unit transformation,which transformed the old propylene tower into catalytic distillation tower,the old depropanizer into methanol extraction tower and the old deethanizer into methanol recovery tower.After revamping,it realized the high utilization rate of old equipment,low invest⁃ment and short construction period,and enabled all technical indexes of the production of the unit to reach the level of the newly�built unit.
