摘 要:为了验证卫燃带敷设方式对锅炉改造成效的影响,确定锅炉燃烧稳定性及结焦的改造效果,文中选取某电厂400 MW机组切圆燃烧锅炉机组改造项目进行研究,以炉膛水冷壁热负荷分布曲线为参照,采取分块敷设办法,增加低负荷区域增加卫燃带面积,将卫燃带敷设在下组煤粉燃烧器附近水冷壁上,起到调节炉内温度分布,提高煤粉燃烧效率,稳定燃烧的作用。In order to verify the effect of the laying method of refractory belt on modification of the boiler and determine the combus⁃tion stability of boiler and modification effect of coking,this paper selected and studied a renovation project of tangential firing boil⁃er of 400 MW unit,took furnace wall heat load distribution curve as reference,took block laying method,increased the area of re⁃fractory belt under low load area to put the belt on the water wall near the next group of pulverized coal boiler,which played a role in regulating the temperature distribution inside of the furnace,improving the combustion efficiency of coal and stabilizing combustion.
