摘 要:探讨在“新工科”背景下如何提升理工科大学生的创新意识和数学思维质量,以《运筹学》教学中的一次关于共轭梯度法的课堂讨论为例,教师逐步引导学生围绕关切点,通过问题驱动、激发头脑风暴等方式调动学生主动思考和积极探索的科学精神,不仅让学生掌握共轭梯度法的迭代步骤,学会审视方法的优劣,而且从知识层面上升到思想层面,注重培养学生的优化思想和追求优而更优的创新思维方式.同时,指出了高素质教学团队建设的重要性.This paper discusses how to develop and improve the innovation consciousness and mathematical thinking quality of science and engineering students under the background of"New Engineering",taking a class discussion on conjugate gradient method guided by the teacher in the course of operational research as an example,in which the scientific spirits of students such as active thinking and active exploration are inspired by means of problem driving and brainstorming.This not only enables the students to master the iterative steps of the conjugate gradient method and to find the advantages and disadvantages of the method,but also helps them improve from the knowledge level to the ideological level,focusing on the cultivation of optimization thinking and the pursuit of better and better innovative thinking mode.At the same time,it is also pointed out the importance of developing a high-quality teaching team for further exploration.
