摘 要:由于技术与管理的滞后,低压配电变压器(简称“配变”)台区广泛存在变压器与用户(以下简称“户变”)关系不准确问题,导致台区线损统计异常、停复电通知不及时等问题,严重制约了台区运维管理水平与客户用电满意度的提升。传统依靠人力梳理台区户变关系的方式难度大,成本高,且准确性难以保证。为此,通过研究低压用户电压时序的相似性,提出一种基于用户电压集群特性分析的低压配变台区户变关系校验方法。首先,通过研究用户电压时序变化机理,分析台区用户电压集群特性,在此基础上,根据用户间电压Pearson相关系数曲线的均值方差分析,剔除台区档案中户变关系错误的用户;然后,基于地理信息系统,获取以目标台区为中心的邻近台区数据集,对户变关系错误的用户进行二次归属,将其归属到正确的台区档案中;最后,选取广东省某地市试点台区的实际数据作为分析样本,验证所提方法的有效性。Due to the lag of technology and management,the user-transformer relationship of low-voltage transformer area is inaccuracy,which leads to abnormal line loss and delayed power cut and return notification,which seriously restricts the level of operation and maintenance management in the low-voltage transformer area and the improvement of customers'satisfaction.The traditional way of figuring out the user-transformer relationship through the human is hard and high cost,and the accuracy is difficult to be guaranteed.For this reason,this paper proposes a method to verify the user-transformer relationship of low-voltage transformer area based on the characteristic analysis of user voltage cluster.Firstly,the characteristics of user voltage cluster are analyzed by studying the mechanism of time series variation of user voltage.On this basis,according to the analysis for average and variance value of Pearson correlation coefficient curve of voltage between users,the users with the wrong user-transformer relationship in the record can be eliminated.Then,based on geographic information system,the data sets of adjacent platforms are obtained,and the users with wrong user-transformer relationship are assigned to the correct record.Finally,the actual data of low-voltage transformer area in a certain city in Guangdong province are selected as analysis samples to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
