摘 要:新型电力系统的标志是绿色能源的快速发展,电网亟需快速增加调峰、调频能力,要求现有火电机组能够大幅提升深度调峰和快速调频性能;但常规积分器(conventional integrator,CI)作用存在跟踪常值扰动效率不高的本质缺陷,导致目前火电机组过程控制普遍采用的比例积分微分(proportional-integral-differential,PID)控制性能不足以继续满足这种要求。鉴于此,发明一种工程最速跟踪滤波器(engineering fastest tracking filter,EFTF),采用EFTF构造出一种工程最速控制器(engineering fastest controller,EFC),解决CI作用的本质缺陷,实现工程上的最速控制性能。通过将EFC与最优PI/PID控制进行对比,验证了EFC的控制性能显著优于最优PI/PID控制。所给出的典型商业应用案例证明:与PID控制相比,EFC能够保证重要的过程参数不超标,大幅提升综合调频性能指标,可应用于PID控制难以胜任的场合,有效提高火电机组过程控制性能。With the rapid development of new green energy of new power system,the power grid urgently needs to rapidly increase peaking and frequency modulation capabilities,requiring existing thermal power units to greatly improve the performance of deep peaking and rapid frequency modulation.However,the conventional integrator has the essential defect of low tracking constant disturbance efficiency,causing the commonly used proportional-integral-derivative(proportional-integral-differential,PID)control performance not enough to continue to meet this requirement.In view of this,an engineering fastest tracking filter(EFTF)was invented to construct an engineering faster controller(EFC)so as to solve the essential defect of the conventional integrator and realize the fastest control performance in the engineering.By comparing the EFC with the optimal PI/PID control,this paper verifies the control performance of EFC is significantly superior to the optimal PI/PID control.Two typical commercial application cases prove that compared with PID control,the EFC can ensure the important process parameters do not exceed limits and greatly improve the performance indicators of comprehensive frequency modulation.The EFC can be used in occasions that are difficult to be competent for PID control and effectively improve the process control performance of the thermal power units.
