摘　　要：黑龙江省蔬菜产业在农业生产中位居第二,具有举足轻重的地位。为更好地实现“产业兴旺”,黑龙江省积极推动蔬菜产业升级,提高蔬菜生产效率对于发展蔬菜产业起着关键性的作用。借助DEA分析法,从时间和空间两个维度对黑龙江省蔬菜生产效率进行了剖析。基于研究结果给出了完善蔬菜补贴扶持政策、提升蔬菜生产技术水平、加强蔬菜生产基地建设三方面的建议。Heilongjiang province’s vegetable industry ranked second in agricultural production and had a pivotal position.In order to better achieve“industrial prosperity”,Heilongjiang province actively promoted the upgrading of the vegetable industry,and improving vegetable production efficiency played a key role in the development of the vegetable industry.With the help of DEA analysis method,it analyzed the efficiency of Heilongjiang province's vegetable production from two dimensions of time and space.Based on the research results,three suggestions were given to improve the vegetable subsidy support policy,improved the technical level of vegetable production,and strengthened the construction of vegetable production bases.
