留守儿童监护人群预防接种认知综合干预效果分析

摘　　要：目的:调查留守儿童监护人的预防接种知识、态度、行为现状和知识需求并制定针对性措施。方法:选取2018年5月-2019年10月期间到我院体检的230例留守儿童监护人作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各组115例。针对两组留守儿童监护人的预防接种知识、态度、行为现状和知识需求进行调查统计,并实施干预措施。对照组实施常规干预,研究组加强措施干预。比较两组实际接种率、及时延迟率和接种疫苗知识知晓率。结果:研究组实际接种率、及时接种率及接种疫苗知识知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组基本知晓率比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:留守儿童监护人预防接种态度、行为不积极,提高儿童监护人预防接种知晓率有助于增加免疫接种率和及时接种率。Objective:Investigate the vaccination knowledge,attitude,behavior status and knowledge needs of guardians of left-behind children and formulate targeted measures.Methods:A total of 230 guardians of left-behind children who came to our hospital for physical examination from May 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 115 cases in each group.The two groups of left-behind children’s guardians’vaccination knowledge,attitudes,current status of behavior and knowledge needs were investigated and statistics,and intervention measures were implemented.The control group implemented routine interventions,and the study group strengthened interventions.The actual vaccination rate,timely delay rate and vaccination knowledge awareness rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The actual vaccination rate,timely vaccination rate,and vaccination knowledge awareness rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the basic awareness rate between the two groups.Conclusion:The guardians of left-behind children are not active in vaccination attitudes and behaviors.Increasing the awareness rate of vaccination among child guardians will help increase the vaccination rate and timely vaccination rate.
