摘  要:借助可视化同向啮合双螺杆挤出机固体输送段的实验装置,对其固体颗粒的输送行为进行实验研究。将输送区划分为3个子输送区进行仿真实验,分析其在3个子输送区中不同的输送形式,以及螺杆转速和粒径大小对其输送效率的影响,发现物料在输送过程中主要集中在左输送区和上输送区且均以正位移输送为主,当物料粒径增加至3mm时,摩擦拖曳现象较为明显。输送效率会随着螺杆转速与粒径大小的不同呈线性变化。With the aid of the experimental device that visualizes the solid conveying section of the co-rotating twin-screw extruder,the conveying behavior of its solid particles is studied experimentally.The conveying area is divided into three sub-conveying areas to carry out simulation experiments to analyze the different conveying modes in the three sub-conveying areas,and the influence of screw speed and particle size on its conveying efficiency.It is found that the material is mainly concentrated in the left and upper conveying areas during the conveying process,and both are conveyed by positive displacement.When the particle size of the material increasesto 3 mm,the friction drag phenomenon is more obvious.The conveying efficiency will vary linearly with the screw speed and particle size.
