集束化护理对婴幼儿先天性心脏病围术期呼吸道管理的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理对婴幼儿先天性心脏病围术期呼吸道管理的影响。方法选择医院2020年7—12月收治的婴幼儿先天性心脏病患儿50例,按照组间基本特征相匹配的原则分为对照组与观察组,每组25例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用集束化护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组干预后氧合指数优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将集束化护理应用在婴幼儿先天性心脏病围术期呼吸道管理中,可提高氧合指数,降低并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,提高满意度。Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing on the perioperative respiratory tract management of infants with congenital heart disease.Methods To select 50 congenital heart disease infants admitted in the hospital from July to December 2020,they were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of matching basic characteristics between groups with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine intervention,the observation group was given the cluster care intervention,to compare the caring effect of two groups.Results The oxygenation index of the observation group was better than the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than the control group,the length of hospital stay was shorter than the control group,and the degree of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was stastically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cluster nursing in the perioperative respiratory tract management of infants with congenital heart disease could improve the oxygenation index,reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the length of hospital stay and improve satisfaction.
