摘 要:压阻式压力传感器的原始输出信号属于微弱信号,容易受到噪声信号的干扰,并且不利于后续的采集和利用。同时在测试过程中,容易受到温度的影响。针对这些特点,设计了基于压阻式敏感元件的信号调理电路。方案一通过对供电、放大、滤波等模块电路的设计,实现对压力信号的调理。方案二选用美信公司高度集成的传感器调理芯片MAX1452对压力信号进行放大、校准及温度补偿等。通过对两种方案进行试验,结果表明两种调理电路均可得到平稳的压力信号。但方案二在温度补偿方面更具优势,并且其电路板尺寸为20 mm×20 mm,更加适合于微小型封装、高精度的压力传感器结构。The original output signal of a piezoresistive pressure snesor is a weak signal that is susceptible to interference from noisy signals and is not conducive to subsequent acquisition and utilization.In addition,it is susceptible to temperature during testing.According to these characteristic,two pressure signal conditioning circuits based on piezoresistive sensitive elements were designed.Scheme 1 designed the circuits of power supply,amplification,filtering and other modules respectively to realize the adjustment of pressure signals.The second scheme was using MAX1452,a highly integrated sensor conditioning chip of Maxim,to amplify the pressure signal and compensate the temperature.By testing both schemes,the results show that both conditioning circuits yielded smooth pressure signals.However,scheme 2 is more advantageous in terms of temperature compensation,and the board size is 20 mm×20 mm,which is more suitable for micro-compact packages and high⁃precision pressure sensor structures.
