摘 要:针对供电服务指挥系统在解决配网可靠性方面的应用问题,文中从智能感知层、数据中心层、数据融合层与业务应用层共4个层级分析了智能供电服务指挥系统结构;并从即时问题的现场处置、风险预警的事前预控与近远期规划目标指导3个维度,构建了基于供电服务指挥系统的配电网可靠性问题分析模型。进一步提出了基于分层拓扑结构的故障研判与工单处理方法,实现了故障自动研判、工单分类处理以及停电信息管理等功能。算例分析结果表明,文中所提方法能够大幅加快故障报修响应,抢修及回单速度,缩短故障停电持续时长,提高配电网的供电可靠性与服务水平。Aiming at the application problems of power supply service command system in solving distribution network reliability.In this paper,the structure of intelligent power supply service command system is analyzed from four levels:intelligent perception layer,data center layer,data fusion layer and business application layer;and the analysis model of distribution network reliability based on power supply service command system is constructed from three dimensions:on⁃site disposal of immediate problems,pre⁃control of risk warning and guidance of short⁃term and long⁃term planning objectives.Furthermore,the method of fault diagnosis and work order processing based on hierarchical topology structure is proposed.The functions of automatic fault research and judgment,work order classification and power failure information management are realized.The results of example analysis show that the proposed method can greatly speed up the response of fault repair,emergency repair and receipt speed,reduce the duration of fault outage,and improve the power supply reliability and service level of distribution network.
