摘  要:针对人工维护电池性能这一技术手段相对落后,且测量数据不准确问题,展开了一种基于物联网的变电站直流系统蓄电池维护充放电自动化技术的相关研究。需要对变电站蓄电池的充放电自动化系统进行设计,在“云-边-端”的物联网架构下,实现对蓄电池组运行工况的实时在线监测与管控;结合站用蓄电池的相关参数进行充放电管理,其中有故障的电池组信息将被存储并告警;将所提技术应用于某变电站进行实验测试。结果表明,其能够实现变电站内蓄电池的自动充放电,且充放电过程性能稳定、易操作,适用于站用蓄电池的维护。Aiming at the technical means of manual maintenance of battery performance is relatively backward,and the measurement data is not accurate,a research on automatic charging and discharging maintenance technology of station battery based on Internet of things is carried out.An automatic battery charging and discharging maintenance system is designed to realize real⁃time on⁃line monitoring and control of battery operation conditions under the"cloud⁃edge⁃end"Internet of things architecture.According to the relevant parameters of the station battery,charge and discharge management is carried out,in which the fault battery information will be stored and alarm.The proposed technology is applied to a substation for experimental testing.The results show that the proposed technology can realize the automatic charging and discharging of the battery in the substation,and the charging and discharging process is stable and easy to operate,which is suitable for the maintenance of the station battery.
