健康行为养成训练对社区居民健康素养形成的作用

摘　　要：目的研究健康行为养成训练对北京市某社区居民健康素养形成的作用。方法选择北京市某社区100名常住居民为研究对象,分析居民训练前后的调查问卷、生化全项,对健康行为养成训练进行评估。结果训练前后比较,在正常血压、正确洗手知识、正常血糖值、每日摄盐、摄油量、运动量及定期体检方面差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。训练前后比较,在少盐、清淡饮食,每3月更换1次牙刷,不滥用抗生素,选择合理的治疗方式,定期体检,每周运动,定期检测血压、血糖,控制饮料摄入量,合理用眼方面差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。前后比较,在血肌酐、血尿酸、血糖、血脂方面比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论健康行为养成训练可有效的提高居民的健康素养,与我国国情相符。Objective To study the effect of health behavior training on the formation of health literacy in a community in Beijing.Methods 100 permanent residents of a community in Beijing were selected as the research object,the questionnaire and biochemical items before and after the training were analyzed,and the health behavior training was evaluated.Results Before and after the training,there were differences in normal blood pressure,correct hand washing knowledge,normal blood sugar value,daily salt intake,oil intake,exercise,and regular physical examination,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Before and after training,there were significant differences in diet with less salt and light,toothbrush changing every three months,no abuse of antibiotics,reasonable treatment,regular physical examination,weekly exercise,regular monitoring of blood pressure and blood sugar,drink intake control,and reasonable use of eyes,P<0.05,showing statistical significance.Before and after the comparison,in the blood creatinine,blood uric acid,blood glucose,blood lipid comparison,P<0.05,there is statistical significance.Conclusion Health behavior training can effectively improve the health literacy of residents,which is consistent with China's national conditions.
